Helpful Hints:
1. You must enter the store through the Merrill Corporation gateway (link above). Mac users need Mozilla Firefox to enter. Safari is not supported.
2. At the gateway, you will be prompted to enter a Username.
Username: SHADOW (*** It is case sensitive ***).
NO PASSWORD IS NECESSARY That field should be left blank.
After entering SHADOW, simply click login or press enter on the keyboard.
Use this process every time you enter the store. There is no need to create a unique username or password.

5. Shipping: All items ship UPS to a street address, not a P.O. Box address. In-stock items ship within 24 hours: hats, cinch packs and water jugs. Apparel items are custom embroidered as ordered - allow up to 2 weeks for receipt of order.
6. Products ship directly to the address entered in the shipping detail screen - not to Shadow. Merrill Corporation will bill and ship directly.
